Colin Cowherd Says Aaron Rodgers' Personality Flaws Have Hurt His Legacy

Colin Cowherd: “About 6 or 7 years ago I started saying ‘Aaron Rodgers pisses people off.’ Just watch the body language, he does not get along with people. Nobody calls out anyone publicly anymore, everything is ‘anonymous sources’, but with Aaron guys will go out and take shots at him… He finished last year as the 9th rated quarterback in the league and was 17th from Week 8 on. Watch him play, it’s not a physical problem – his release is the second best I’ve seen in NFL history to Dan Marino, and it’s still unbelievable. He’s got great feet, he’s smart and he moves around well – that’s not a problem. His arm strength is absurd, his accuracy is damn good. It’s a personality problem.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks Aaron Rodgers’ ‘downfall’ the last few seasons, going from a perennial MVP candidate to simply a Pro Bowl caliber player, has more to do with his personality flaws, and his clashes with coaches and teammates, than his physical ability dwindling into his mid-30’s.

Check out the video above as Colin details why he thinks personality flaws have been the downfall of Rodgers’ teetering reputation as the game’s most talented quarterback, and the reason why he’s one of the league’s most polarizing superstars.
