Stop Saying Steph Curry is the 'Greatest Shooter in NBA History'

Rob Parker: “I’m NOT buying that Steph is the greatest shooter of all time… You can’t consider someone the ‘greatest shooter of all time' when they haven’t knocked down a signature make in a big spot. Anybody can make those circus shots when it doesn’t matter… He’s 0/9 with a chance to win a game in the playoffs for his career! Steph is more like an overpaid Harlem Globetrotter, who makes all the circus and half court shots, but when the time comes and they need a big shot I’d rather give the ball to Klay Thompson. All-time, I’d take Ray Allen and Reggie Miller any day over Steph. If you want to be considered the ‘greatest shooter of all time’ you have to make big shots in big situations… If Steph is the ‘greatest shooter of all time’ then how in the world could he have not shot his way into ONE WIN when they choked down that 3-1 lead to the Cavaliers??” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Rob Parker explain to Colin Cowherd why he doesn’t believe Steph Curry is the greatest shooter in NBA history, despite Curry frequently being granted that title by many former and current players.

Parker says that he would not only rather have Klay Thompson taking the final shot for the Warriors down the stretch, but says he would much rather have Ray Allen or Reggie Miller taking the big shot if we’re talking about comparing Steph to other great shooters in NBA history.

Check out the video above as Rob details why Steph can’t be considered the GOAT of shooting if he’s never been a clutch postseason shooter, and says Steph is more of an ‘overpaid Harlem Globetrotter making circus shots’ than an all-time NBA great.
