Clay Travis is reacting to some recent COVID-19 testing results in American professional sports. The MLS, NHL and the NBA announced a total of 4,170 tests that they conducted recently, and just 2 of those tests came back positive. This is obviously fantastic news for the return of sports.
There were a ton of people out there that were under the impression that we would not be able to bring sports back in 2020, but with this news, that certainly does not seem to be the case.
Clay also talks NFL, and their recently released testing plan, which is also good news. The MLB testing numbers have been low in terms of positive rates as well. It appears that all of these leagues are doing a great job in testing their players and limiting the spread of the Coronavirus.
We will have baseball back this week, with other team sports soon to follow. Sports are back in the U.S., and that's something we can all celebrate!
