Cowboys Looks Like They've Already Quit on Season With Dak Prescott Gone

Cowboys Looks Like They've Already Quit on Season With Dak Prescott Gone
Jason Smith: “The Cowboys look like a team who just showed up for the game tonight, and that really surprised me that they didn’t galvanize themselves this week with no Dak, and didn’t play for him. They looked terrible, and you back away saying to yourself ‘are they going to quit on the season now?’ They could quit on the season and still win the NFC East, that’s how bad it is. They could just go through the motions and still wind up winning 7 games, and winning the division. Have the Cowboys just said ‘oh well, f*** it, we don’t have Dak’ and this is the kind of effort you’re going to get from the Cowboys every single week? The Cowboys might end up just like the Jets where the season is already over for them and they’re just going to go through the motions the next 10 weeks. That’s clearly a possibility after tonight… This is when Jerry Jones needs to crack the whip and put everyone on notice.” (Full Audio Above)

Listen to Jason Smith explain why he thinks the Dallas Cowboys may pull a New York Jets soon, and just quit on the season in the wake of Dak Prescott’s season ending ankle injury.

Check out the segment above as Smith details why the Cowboys’ 38-10 bludgeoning at the hands of the Arizona Cardinals looks like the product of a team who has already checked out for the next 10 weeks.
