Colin Cowherd: Bruce Arians Might Be Tampa Bay's Biggest Weakness

Colin Cowherd: “I watched two football teams last night, Saints and Tampa. One made it clear what they wanted to do, and the other one was making crap up. You can blame Brady, or the defense, but what was that from Tampa?? Their first five drives were three and out, their protection was bad, they didn’t try to establish the running game, and it was a series of odd low-percentage throws. Did they spend all week babysitting Antonio Brown?? This was a coaching mismatch. I don’t know what Tampa was doing and that’s on the head coach… I still don’t think they run the football enough, and I don’t think they use Leonard Fournette enough. I didn’t see any adjustments from Tampa… My knock on Bruce Arians is that he’s fun, he’s funny, but his teams are a little loose, they’re a little inconsistent, I don’t know exactly what I’m getting, and the great coaches will have one on in 30 minutes. I always felt like I knew with Jimmy Johnson what he was trying to do, I knew with Chuck Noll, I know with Bill Belichick… For three and a half hours I had no idea what Tampa was doing… The inconsistency of Bruce Arians makes me worry about this team.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks head coach Bruce Arians might just be the Achilles heel of a Tampa Bay team who got clobbered by the Saints for the second time this season, as the Bucs went from potential Super Bowl favorites, to perhaps the NFL’s most overrated team after a 38-3 public execution on national television.

Check out the video above as Colin details why he thinks Tampa Bay’s laughably bad game plan on Sunday night should worry Bucs fans.
