Dan Patrick is lamenting the lack of underdogs represented in the College Football Playoff. He argues that the current system has limited the participants to a select few schools with pedigree and popularity while failing to allow for any Hollywood style underdogs to rise up and excite the nation. He is not happy the Coastal Carolinas of the world are destined to forever be the odd team out.
