Curt Schilling Joins Outkick to Discuss Yesterday's Hall of Fame Voting

Clay Travis is joined by former Major League Baseball star Curt Schilling to discuss yesterday's Baseball Hall of Fame voting results. Schilling was 16 votes shy of the minimum needed for selection and made headlines with his request to remove himself from the writer' ballot in next year's vote.

This year was Schilling's 9th year on the writers' ballot, next year would be his last. Curt's potential spot in the Hall of Fame will now likely be decided by the Veterans Committee. In a fiery conversation with Clay, Schilling discusses how things got to this point, and holds nothing back.

Clay and Schilling both believe that Curt would be in the Hall of Fame if he had never made a single political comment. The man famous for giving baseball everything he had ("the bloody sock") has choice words for some writers.
