There are cases to be made for both stars, but Clay believes that Tom Brady has more to gain in this game than Patrick Mahomes. With a win, Tom Brady will have a 7th Super Bowl ring. The debate between him and Bill Belichick would be non-debatable for the rest of time. Also, it would move Brady one championship ring ahead of Michael Jordan, and Brady would most likely be considered the greatest American team sport athlete of all time.
