Russell Wilson Says He Thinks Seattle Has 'Gotten Calls' About Trading Him

Dan Patrick: “What do you make of CBS’ Jason LaCanfora saying that Seattle had gotten possible calls about trade talks with you? Do you believe that Seattle has gotten calls?”

Russell Wilson: “Yeah, I definitely believe they have gotten calls for sure. Any time you’re a player who tries to produce every week and has done it consistently, people are going to call for sure. I think it’s part of the process.”

DP: “Yeah, but you’re a franchise quarterback, you’re a Hall of Fame quarterback. You’re not available are you??”

Wilson: “Well, I’m not sure if I’m ‘available’ or not, that’s a Seahawks question, but I think more than anything else, at the end of the day you wanna win. You wake up every day to win and want to be the best in the world. I hate sitting there and watching other guys play the game… The reality of sports is that things happen and things change. I’m not sure how long I’ll play in Seattle, hopefully it’ll be forever, but things change obviously along the way.” (Full Segment Above)
