Tom Brady's Successful Move Gives Quarterbacks More Power Than Ever

The NFL offseason is off and running, and it could be a historic one, especially at the quarterback position. We have already seen Mathew Stafford request a trade and get dealt to the LA Rams in exchange for Jared Goff and some draft picks. This is only the beginning. 

There are quarterbacks who have voiced their displeasure with their situation, most notably Deshaun Watson, to go along with Stafford. The usually discreet Russell Wilson has also made some noise now, saying he's frustrated by taking so many hits and would like more say in Seahawks' moves. 

Clay Travis argues that what Tom Brady has done in the past 12 months is a key reason for this shift in the NFL. Not only did Brady choose Tampa but he has had a large role in drawing other key players that he wanted to the Bucs. Clay says this is opening the door for more quarterbacks to gain power and have larger control over teams.
