Deshaun Watson has been in the news for a multitude of reasons this NFL offseason, and lately, it has not been looking good for the star quarterback. There are several off the field questions for Deshaun and the Houston Texans as well, but there are also questions now for the Texans on the football field.
Clay Travis is joined by the Houston Chronicle's John McClain, who talks about what NFL Week 1 will look like for the Texans. Houston has a new coach, a new GM, and they will have a new quarterback starting for them Week 1 in Tyrod Taylor.
Deshaun Watson will very likely not be a part of the Texans franchise moving forward, so McClain says that Tyrod will get the nod. Initially when the Texans made the move to sign Taylor, John believed that meant the Texans would be looking in the draft for a franchise quarterback as well, but that may no longer be the case.
This could be a very long year for Texans fans, and football fans are eager to see what comes out of the Deshaun Watson situation.
