Dan Patrick: “What will you be doing at 44?”
Ben Roethlisberger: “Being a dad and a husband, probably coaching little league something. I don’t know yet, that’s a ways down the road.”
Dan Patrick: “How far down the road?”
Ben Roethlisberger: “Well, I’m going to be 40 in March. So, that’s a ways...is that your way of trying to ask me how long I’m going to play? That’s the most unique way someone’s asked me how long I’m going to play.”
Dan Patrick: “And how would you answer?”
Ben Roethlisberger: “I promise you I won’t be playing football at 44 [laughs].”

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger joined Dan Patrick on today's edition of The Dan Patrick Show to talk about the rumors around Mike Tomlin being a candidate at USC, the improvements in his ability since he entered the league, how Buccaneers QB Tom Brady is still playing at such a high level, how much longer he plans on playing, and more!
