Matthew Stafford Can't Shake Reputation of Failing in Big Moments

Chris Broussard & Rob Parker react to the LA Rams coming up short against the Green Bay Packers, adding a third loss to their hapless streak against teams they must be able to overcome to be taken seriously in their division and the league as a whole.

LA Rams have now lost to a Tennesee Titans team without Derrick Henry, a San Francisco 49ers team currently in an unstable season under a coach who always seems to dominate Sean McVay, and a Green Bay Packers team that's currently the barometer for the entire conference. This makes the LA Rams' big loss to the Arizona Cardinals that much more concerning. So far, their only big victory of the season was when they defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Otherwise, the other victories have been against teams they're supposed to be able to defeat.

In the video above, Rob Parker feels justified in his judgment of Matthew Stafford's performance now and since he covered Stafford as a Detroit Lion. This is made worse by the QB now having pick-sixes in each of the last 3 games.

Rob Parker:

"I stood by, even early on when I was getting beat up, and the LA Rams were 7-1. What did I say to you? Wait until they play the better teams. That's ALWAYS been my argument about 'Stat Padford.' Nobody in Detroit is shocked by what they've seen."
