Wednesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington discuss all the reasons Bryron Leftwich should remain the offensive coordinator in Tampa Bay with Bruce Arians and Tom Brady, versus taking the head coaching job in Jacksonville.

Jonas Knox: "If I'm Bryon Leftwich, I would rather wait for Bruce Arians to retire and take over in Tampa, than go take this job in Jacksonville right now, with no guarantees that I would get the Tampa job. I'd rather wait."
Brady Quinn: "I do think it's less attractive from the optics of, look what Shad Khan said he was going to do and then how things actually operated. You're being hired by a general manager that knee-capped the most recent head coach. He's done it previously in his career and he obviously has the ear of the owner. So if you butt heads right away, it's going to be a problem. So to your point, if this is the only opportunity I get, I'm probably going to wait for another opportunity or for the situation in Tampa to clear itself up where I can then sit there and say, 'Alright, how much longer is Tom Brady going to be here and who's coming in behind him?' Because that's going to be a big key of what all happens next."
