Thursday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jon Gruden's lawsuit against the NFL moves forward in open court and unless the NFL wins their appeal or Gruden reaches a settlement with the league, all the dirty laundry from over 650,000 emails in the "Washington Football Team Investigation" will be aired out to the public. Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington plead for Jon Gruden not to settle, even though that settlement could be more than you imagine.

Jonas Knox: "Please Jon Gruden, don't settle. You got enough money. You did ESPN for years. You were a coach in the NFL. You did Corona commercials for years. I'm sure you got enough saved. Don't settle. I want to see the dirt. I think we all want to see the dirt when it comes to how this whole thing played out with Jon Gruden and his leaked emails."
Brady Quinn: "It's not about seeing the dirt necessarily. I think it's that and clearing his name. Jon Gruden is in a unique position. He's not going to be able to walk back what was said in the emails, let's just get that straight. He said it and he's apologized for it, that's not going to change. But he can get back some of his image, some of how people view him, and that's rare to do in today's society."
LaVar Arrington: "I will be willing to bet the bank on it that there's so much more information in those emails that is way more damning than what Jon Gruden said."
Brady Quinn: "If I'm his attorney, I'm like, '$200 million for a settlement.' Because in all seriousness, when you look at what people are getting paid in the TV industry, and what he would have done in coaching regardless of his age, sponsorships, it might be a little bit higher than that. It might be $300 million.
