2 Pros and a Cup of Joe celebrate the start of NFL Training Camps and while Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington relive their grueling glory days, they also explain how camps have changed and are more for the fans than the players these days.

Jonas Knox: "We have got training camp week underway. Guys are reporting to camp. Guys are saying bye to their families. Football is right around the corner. You can smell it. Training camp is underway, baby."
Brady Quinn: "I love it for the fans. It was one of those things as a player though you're like, 'Alright, I really have to do this?' I think it's gotten to the point where it's more about the fans than this galvanizing process where the team comes together. It changed so much over the past two decades. You don't even have true two-a-days anymore. You're really just going away to have the focus away from your families, away from other stuff for about three weeks as you head into the season."
LaVar Arrington: "I don't know that it was really about anything else other than could you maintain your focus to be a starter. Could you maintain your focus to perform because you did have to perform in the practices. You would have to perform, perform, perform."
