Jason Smith: “Davis Mills will be a top 5 fantasy quarterback this year. If you paid attention last year, and why would you, the Texans were terrible and you had the Deshaun Watson situation hanging over the team, but Davis Mills was pretty good the last half of last year. He had some big games, some 300-yard games, he put some points on the board. Davis Mills was the second-best rookie quarterback in the league last year. Mac Jones was a little bit better but Davis Mills was very, very good. Why I liked Jalen Hurts last year is because of the volume he was going to be responsible for both running the football and throwing the football. This year all the Texans are going to do is throw the football. They’re going to be behind in every single game, their running backs are just a bunch of guys who are going to get carries when you have to run the football, and the leading rusher is going to have 5 or 6 carries in a game. It’s not like they’re suddenly going to turn into this big ground-and-pound offense. Davis Mills is going to throw the football, he’s going to throw it a ton, he’s gonna put up numbers, he put up numbers in the back half of last year, he’s a big sleeper, and that’s why it’s my bold prediction – TOP 5 FANTASY QUARTERBACK.” (Full Audio Above)
