In this new podcast, which is an extension of his widely-acclaimed, best-selling book “Unbreakable,” Fox NFL Insider Jay Glazer shares his personal mental health journey with the audience, including the tools and techniques he’s developed to “live in the gray” – his term for living and thriving with anxiety, depression and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Welcoming mental health experts, athletes, coaches and others, Glazer and his special guests will discuss tips for maintaining an unbreakable mindset and overcoming any obstacle to succeed despite living in the gray.
Debuting Wednesday, September 7, “Unbreakable with Jay Glazer: A Mental Health Podcast” will launch with an interview with Super Bowl Champion Head Coach Sean McVay, ahead of the Los Angeles Rams season opener against the Buffalo Bills on September 8. Future episodes will feature interviews on Wednesdays, in addition to frequent check-ins where Glazer will update listeners as he navigates the path to mental wellness.
