Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Chargers HC Brandon Staley escapes with a win after another 4th down gamble and a missed FG by the Browns. Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington wonder if the coach is currently on the hot seat, despite the win.

Brady Quinn: "Brandon Staley, in his decision making in those instances, is largely going to dictate whether or not he's the head coach holding up the Lombardi Trophy one day, or if he's standing next to the dumpsters. He's put himself in that position where he's gonna dictate what happens and that's fine. That's an aggressive approach... That's how he's gonna be judged and I don't hate it because I feel like if it doesn't work out, he can go, 'Hey, I did it my way.'"
Jonas Knox: ""[The Chargers] are never ones to make a quick fire but they have been known to make a decision on a coach even after a winning season. See Marty Shottenheimer who went 14-2 and they said that's not good enough with this roster. I do wonder if they would look at this and say we're not going to spoil this roster and a young developing franchise quarterback because some coach wants to go out there and take a bunch of chances that cost us a playoff spot potentially a year ago and could potentially cost us some games this year."
