Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington send thoughts and prayers to the "Dallas Cowboys QB Controversy" that was kept alive thanks to Cooper Rush winning 4 straight games before losing Sunday Night Football against the Eagles. It was fun while it lasted but once the game was put on Cooper Rush's shoulders, he showed exactly why's he's the backup to Dak Prescott.

Jonas Knox: "Here we are and not only are [the Cowboys] competitive, but they're in a great spot. We can bust [Cooper Rush's] balls and there was a lot of questions about Mike McCarthy and Kellen Moore and those guys. I mean, they figured out something, they made it work as best as they possibly could, and then once you saw him play the best team in the NFC and the only undefeated team in the NFL, then you saw it play out."
Brady Quinn: "Once you saw them take away the rushing attack and he had to throw and that's how they were gonna have to win the game, that was the moment where you go, 'Oh, okay, I get it. Now I see.'"
LaVar Arrington: "That's why he's a backup."
