Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, the Packers and Buccaneers each falls to 3-4 on the season, as Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady look like shells of their former selves. Brady Quinn believes their struggles can be traced to a common denominator.

Brady Quinn: "There's a common denominator between the Bucs and the Packers, and that's neither Rogers and Brady are really a part of the offseason... It seems like there's a drastic disconnect with all the quarterbacks and the rest of their team, and it's not always everyone else. Everyone wants to talk like, 'Oh, who do the Bucs and Packers need to come in?' Well the quarterbacks just need to play better."
