The Buffalo Bills rolled over the Miami Dolphins last night but the big story was Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa suffering yet another concussion on the field. With his history of concussions and questions about how the Dolphins handled his health in the past, the scrutiny surrounding this injury will be significant. There will need to be hard decisions made by both Tua and the Dolphins, both on the field and off, that will have long lasting repercussions.

Dan Patrick: “I’m not here to say he should retire, but here’s the tricky part with this: if he is medically cleared and he decides he doesn’t want to play, there’s a chance that all that guaranteed money will not be guaranteed...The Dolphins are going have to have football decisions to make and here we are, it’s Week 2. Tua, with the help of family, friends, a doctor, is going to have to have a decision to make football wise as well; his future.”
