The grim reality of the Lakers right now is that their playoff chances are looking incredibly slim. Reggie Miller described it as the team "moonwalking." The Lakers need a lot of luck to get them into the playoffs and that means the Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Clippers, and San Antonio Spurs losing a few games and the Lakers needing to be perfect. Some estimates say the Lakers need 44 wins and can't lose more than 6. Unfortunately, the Lakers have already lost on their easiest road trips featuring LeBron James and without LeBron in the lineup.
Reggie makes the case to Dan Patrick that it may be best to throw in the towel for the Lakers if they are unable to go 3-0 against their next 3 opponents. Unfortunately, those teams are LA Clippers, Denver Nuggets, and Boston Celtics. Watch Dan and Reggie's conversation below.
