NFL Starting Quarterbacks Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence is Already Better Than

College Football Playoff National Championship Presented By AT&T - Alabama v Clemson
Jason McIntyre: “This kid Trevor Lawrence from Clemson? 30 touchdowns, 65.2% completion, and do you know what he did against Alabama in the title game? 62% completion, 347 yards, and three touchdowns. He basically carved up Alabama and Notre Dame, two top 20 defenses, like they were I-AA defenses. He is an UNBELIEVABLE talent… But how good?? If you’ve got one game tomorrow, who are you starting for these NFL teams?”

Listen to Jason McIntyre rave about the potential of Clemson Tigers sophomore quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

The 19-year-old phenom is coming off one of the greatest collegiate quarterback seasons of all time, after he threw for 3,280 yards, 30 touchdowns, and only 4 touchdowns, as a freshman on an undefeated Clemson team who blew the doors off favored Alabama during last season’s National Championship.

Lawrence is the Heisman favorite for the upcoming season on a Clemson team ranked no. 1 in the opening Top 25 Coaches Poll.

Jason wanted to take Lawrence’s immaculate potential one step forward and debate how many starting quarterbacks in the National Football League that Lawrence is already better than RIGHT NOW, as many fans around the league have even pondered whether NFL teams will TANK in 2020 to better their chances of landing Lawrence in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Check out the audio below as Jason selects NFL quarterbacks he thinks Lawrence is better than right now.
