The NBA All Star Game was clearly not the most entertaining for a casual fan, as the lack of effort on both ends led to a lackluster scrimmage void of excitement. The players have been free of scrutiny for the most part, as you can't expect them to bring their best to an All Star Game on what is technically their 'holiday', but JT The Brick feels there is somewhere to channel the blame for this performance, and it is on the sideline.
Brad Stevens and Steve Kerr are outstanding coaches, and during an 82 game season plus the playoffs there is very little to criticize the two of them for in how they operate. With the All Star Game, however, it's their fault that the players didn't feel any sense of urgency. JT The Brick and Tomm Looney explain why below.
You can hear JT The Brick with Tomm Looney every weekday from 8-11 pm est. on Fox Sports Radio.
