This isn't breaking news, as Jay Glazer has given his take on Joe Mixon time and time again both on this network and on his own, but with the NFL Combine beginning it might be time to revisit the idea of atoning for mistakes and proving you have grown as a person.
Joe Mixon is a great football player and has apologized for his violent attack of a woman on the Oklahoma campus, but he hasn't done enough to warrant a second chance according to Glazer. When Michael Vick got out of prison for dog fighting, he did all he could to try and stop the world of dog fighting from happening anymore. He was honest in his pursuit of forgiveness, Mixon hasn't shown enough yet.
