When you enter the NFL Draft, what should you prioritize?
Some organizations like to think about the 'ceiling' a player might have, and what they could possibly amount to if drafted on raw talent and potential alone. Other teams look at a player's speed or combine numbers as an indication of what type of pro player they will be. The best teams, however, don't draft players on ceiling alone and believe in other factors such as leadership, ability in big moments, and game translation when deciding who to invest in.
That's why Deshaun Watson, who has been criminally under-discussed leading up the this year's NFL Draft, would be who Colin Cowherd gives his franchise to for the next ten years.
