Michael Rapaport called out Bill Russell hard on The Herd, calling him the most overrated NBA player of all-time, despite him being the sport's winningest.
Rapaport even went so far to say that even former league clown Brian Scalabrine would've put up numbers similar to Russell if he played in the same era against guys who played basketball part-time and smoked cigarettes and drank beer at halftime.
