In order to select Jabrill Peppers in the NFL Draft, a team will have to invest a very high draft pick on him to secure his talents for the future. Based on what he has shown in college, the expectations of that translating to the NFL, and NOW the diluted sample at the NFL Combine, some wouldn't take him with a pick in just about any realistic round.
That renders him undraftable in the eyes of Jason Smith.
