Doug Adler was fired for using the phrase "guerilla tactics" while commentating for ESPN on a tennis match involving Venus Williams. One person took offensive on twitter, it snowballed, and he was fired.
Doug Adler then suffered a heart attack as a result of the stress his firing and subsequent Twitter mob beatdown that followed caused him. He is now taking ESPN to court.
