Jason Smith: "Saquon Barkley is just a guy. Daniel Jones is just a guy. They're going to just clear everything out in the offseason. And the New York Giants are going to be a destination. They're going to get a big head coach, a big GM, and they're going to go get a big quarterback. They're not going to try to draft somebody, there's no Trevor Lawrence this year. The fanbase is not going to have patience for a rookie QB again. They're going to go big-game hunting in the offseason, and they are going to snare a big-time quarterback. At the top of that list will be Russell Wilson."

Jason Smith and Mike Harmon react to the New York Giants losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night. Jason believes the Giants organization must accept the reality that Daniel Jones is not the franchise quarterback that they were hoping for, meaning the team must find a way to address the quarterback position in the offseason. Jason believes the Giants may be the most aggressive team in the offseason for both players and management alike, shaping the entire course of the NFL prior to the 2022 season.
