Parker's Power Rankings: Rob Parker Ranks His Top 5 NFL Teams After Week 5

Green Bay Packers v Dallas Cowboys

NFL’s Top 5 Teams After Week 5 According to Rob Parker (Full Analysis in Audio at Bottom of Page)

5. New Orleans Saints (4-2) – “Teddy Bridgewater was on fire with four touchdowns and they finally handed over the reigns to him versus Tampa. Another big win and the Saints are rolling."

4. Kansas City Chiefs (4-1) – “They did lose to the Colts but it wasn't like they were blown out and run off the field. Give the Colts credit for playing a great game. Chiefs can't stop the run."

3. New England Patriots (5-0) – "I know they're 5-0 but their schedule still hurts them. They've had an absolute cake-walk so far compared to some of these other teams. The one tough game they had was against Buffalo."

2. San Francisco 49ers (4-0) – "They got a big win over the Browns who were also coming off a big win over Baltimore. It was no contest and they stomped Cleveland out."

1. Green Bay Packers (4-1) – "I've been selling this all year and they said I had too much for man-love for Aaron Rodgers, but the Pack is Back! They won two big road games at Chicago and at Dallas and beat their two biggest division rivals the Bears and Vikings. Their only loss was against a desperate Eagles team who had to win that game to save their season. They've played by far the best schedule of any of these teams."

Chris Broussard: "I'd have New England ahead of San Francisco but this is the first time I've actually agreed with this list!"
