Lamar Jackson has ELEVEN teammates who are unbelievable: Pro Bowl running back, Pro Bowl right guard, Pro Bowl tight end, Pro Bowl fullback, Pro Bowl left tackle, Pro Bowl kicker, and a bunch of Pro Bowl defensive players. Then the Pro Bowl votes come out for Russell Wilson and he has ONE, and he doesn’t get to throw to him, hand off to him, or protect him. It’s Bobby Wagner on the other side of the ball. The MVP is for the most ‘VALUABLE’. ‘Value’ to me is the inability to replace somebody easily. It’s not MPP – Most Productive Player, it’s Most VALUABLE Player. Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why the official release of the NFL Pro Bowl rosters on Tuesday put another layer of perspective on why Colin firmly believes Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is the more deserving candidate for MVP than Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The Ravens sent a league-leading 12 players to the Pro Bowl, including Baltimore tight end Mark Andrews, tackle Ronnie Stanley, guard Marshal Yanda, running back Mark Ingram, linebacker Matt Judon, cornerbacks Marcus Peters and Marlon Humphrey, safety Earl Thomas, kicker Justin Tucker, and long snapper Morgan Cox.
Seattle on the other hand sent just two, with Wilson joined by linebacker Bobby Wagner.
Colin says the Ravens have the best team on paper in the NFL and says Baltimore would still be a good team without Lamar Jackson. Seattle without Russell Wilson? That’s a BAD football says Cowherd.
