Stop Acting Like Alex Smith Has Any Chance to Start For Washington in 2020
Ben Maller: “Is Alex Smith a realistic contender for starting duties in Washington circa 2020? I’m going to go ABSOLUTELY NOT… Essentially if you go around to enough doctors you’ll eventually find one who tells you something that you want to hear... I don’t care what doctors say, that is a ticking time bomb. This has all the ingredients to be a recipe for disaster.” (Full Segment Above)

Listen to Ben Maller explain why he thinks Washington Football Team quarterback Alex Smith has absolutely no shot to start a game in 2020, as Maller doesn’t believe that Smith, who hasn't appeared in a game since November 17th, 2018, is realistically ready to play against opposing NFL defenses.

Smith, of course, suffered a catastrophic leg injury in the middle of the 2018 season that nearly took his life when unprecedented bouts of infection started to ravage the open wound.

Check out the audio above as Maller says that although Smith was just cleared for ‘football activities’, none of those will entail anything between the lines this season.
