Sexual Assault Allegations Could be Final Straw for Cuban

First, Mark Cuban openly admits to tanking on a podcast. Then, reports surfaced that Cuban knew about the abusive past of one of the Mavericks' top employees, yet still decided to let him keep his job. As if that wasn't enough hot water for the owner, reports are now surfacing that Cuban himself was investigated for sexual assault in 2011.

Clay Travis thinks that this will now force the NBA to open up an investigation into Cuban. Even though charges were never brought against Cuban, in this day and age and given the recent incidents involving the Mavs team president, public pressure will demand something be done.
