Over the weekend at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Rory McIlroy complained that hecklers in the gallery are getting out of hand; even claiming that someone shouted something about his mother. McIlroy continued on to suggest that alcohol shouldn't be served.
To that, Ben Maller suggests that McIlroy invest in a pair of earplugs. The reason that hecklers have become a problem is because of the strict, antiquated rules in golf. If everyone didn't have to act like thei were in church, then the hecklers would be less noticeable.
