Andrew Luck Will Be Good, Not Great This Year

After almost two years of not playing in the NFL, Andrew Luck is back on the field for the Indianapolis Colts. But something is clearly not right and it has a lot to do with the fact that he did not throw a football for a year and a half. He missed all of last season recovering from shoulder surgery and now returns to a team with a new head coach along with tons of rust. So can Andrew Luck return to the form we saw early in his career?

Colin Cowherd thinks that Andrew Luck will be good, but won't be at the level we saw before the injury. He says that the time off and not being able to throw a football will play a huge role in how he plays this year.
