You Can't Have It Both Ways NCAA

A potentially big story is looming as linebacker Santiago Marchiol has transferred to the University of Arizona upon accusations of multiple NCAA violations by Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher. The NCAA has instituted a rule in which players can gain a waiver to play immediately at another university if "the transfer is due to documented mitigating circumstance that are outside the student's control and directly impact the health, safety, and well-being of the athlete."

Although Steve and Jeffrey try not to diminish the claims made by Marchiol, both agree that the rule put in place by the NCAA can end up being a very slippery slope and that this is not the last transfer of its kind we'll see in college football.
