LeBron James announced a little over a year ago that he will officially be the lead role for Space Jam 2. But some people on social media believe that another NBA player should overtake that role.
A petition has officially started to make former Clippers and current 76ers C Boban Marjanovic as the new lead of Space Jam 2. Here is what the petition reads:

As Lebron reportedly struggles to find talent to join him in Space Jam 2, maybe Warner Bros. needs to change course.Do the right thing and make Boban Marjanovic the new lead in the upcoming Space Jam 2 movie.
Boban’s recent appearance in John Wick 3 was the most charm the movie screen has seen since young Leonardo DiCaprio died because Rose wouldn’t share the board with him in Titanic.
Aside from his recent stellar acting, Boban should be considered for the role based on his dominance on the court. Boban outscored Lebron this postseason by 64 points!
Warner Bros. will reportedly begin production on Space Jam 2 this next month with LeBron James in place as the lead. Terence Nance will be the one to call all the shots and will also have Ryan Coogler as a producer for the movie.
