Colin Cowherd presents his three best college football bets for Week 8 (10/17) (Full Video at Bottom of Page)

"I'm loving my picks today!"

In this week’s installment of Colin Cowherd's MARQUEE THREE, Colin is zoning in on #9 Florida at South Carolina, #12 Oregon at #25 Washington, and #16 Michigan at #7 Penn State.

(9) Florida at South Carolina – (Spread: FLA -5.0)

“I'll take Florida -5 to win big. South Carolina upset Georgia but if you look at the numbers they were totally dominated in that game. Georgia had twice as many first downs, 200 more yards, and dominated time of possession. The difference was Georgia kept turning the ball over and it was an outlier. South Carolina improved to 2-18 in their last 20 against ranked teams! Kyle Trask has been great in the last couple games against LSU and Auburn who are REAL DEFENSES. Florida's defense is second in the SEC in fewest points allowed, first in takeaways, and first in sacks. Watch out, the Florida Gators are back with Dan Mullen like they were with Steve Spurrier and Urban Meyer. They'll win comfortably."

PICK: Florida 30, South Carolina 20. FLORIDA -5

(12) Oregon at (25) Washington – (Spread: ORE -3.0)

“I'll take the Huskies at home with the field goal. Oregon is 3-9 the last four years against ranked teams. They have not been good outside of Autzen Stadium. Both teams have a great quarterback, but Jacob Eason has been amazing at home, completing 67% of his throws with 7 touchdowns and 1 interception. Oregon's offense has been up and down this season. Seventeen points against Auburn, 21 against Cal, so-so against Stanford, and Washington's defense is easily the best defense they will face in the conference this year. I really like the Huskies coaching staff too. I'm going Washington with the upset to win outright."

PICK: Washington 24, Oregon 23. WASHINGTON +3

(16) Michigan at (7) Penn State – (Spread: PSU -9.0)

“I'm done with Jim Harbaugh's crappy offense and I'm taking Penn State -9. This is one of those white out games where Penn State plays a ranked opponent at home and they've been very good in those. The home team has won this matchup the last 3 years by 25+ points. Harbaugh as an underdog has NEVER won at Michigan, and Michigan is 1-19 in their last 20 games against Top 10 ranked teams, including 11 straight on the road. Michigan's offense is so bad that it's around 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th in every category in the BIG TEN. They're terrible on offense and Penn State's defense is really, really good. James Franklin can recruit and he has NFL bodies all over that defense. They'll stomp Michigan."

PICK: Penn State 28, Michigan 14. PENN STATE -9
