When to Fade "Accidental" Starters in the NFL

RJ Bell and the Straight Outta Vegas crew look at "accidental" starters at quarterback, those who were thrust into a starting role after injuries to stars. The guys explain why betting accidental starters in the beginning can work in your favor, because the lack of exposure to the league can catch some defenses offguard, as seen by the success of Gardner Minshew and Kyle Allen in their first couple games. However, as RJ points out, there has to be a point in which it is smart to fade these inexperienced quarterbacks, as Minshew and Allen showed diminishing returns after their initial starts.
