Colin Cowherd presents his three best college football bets for Week 11 (November 7th) (Full Video at Bottom of Page)

In this week’s installment of Colin Cowherd's MARQUEE THREE, Colin is targeting #4 Penn State at #17 Minnesota, #16 Kansas State at Texas, and #2 LSU at Alabama.

(4) Penn State at (17) Minnesota – (Spread: PSU -7.0)

"I'll take the Nittany Lions -7. I do realize it's the biggest game for the Golden Gophers in a decade, but Penn State is one of the top 2 or 3 best defenses in the country. Everywhere James Franklin goes he builds terrific defenses. Penn State is 2-0 against ranked opponents this year and they've won 8 of their last 9 road games so I don't doubt they'll be good away from home. Minnesota has played one of the easiest schedules in the country and have been very lucky. They have faced nothing but backup quarterbacks since Week 2, haven't faced a Top 50 team this year, and historically this a big step up in class for them."

COLIN'S PICK: Penn State 28, Minnesota 20. Penn State -7

(16) Kansas State at Texas – (Spread: TEX -7)

"I like the Longhorns. They're coming off a bye, and Tom Herman coming off a loss is 10-2 for his career. Sam Ehlinger is a very good quarterback for Texas and he STUNK against TCU and had the worst game of his career. But at home he's fantastic and is completing over 70% of his passes and averaging over 340 yards passing per game. Texas is a very good team who picks up first downs. Of the 130 D-1 teams they're third in third down offense. They're going to control the clock. They're also getting their best RB back and two guys in the secondary back. Nothing against Kansas State, they had a nice upset against Oklahoma, but Texas off a bye and off a loss versus a Kansas State offense that stinks and can't pass? Texas will win and cover."

COLIN'S PICK:: Texas 34, Kansas State 34. Texas -7

(2) LSU at (3) Alabama – (Spread: ALA -6.5)

"I'll take Alabama -6.5. They have won 8 straight meetings and this series is really about Nick Saban. When he was at LSU he won 4 out of 5, and at Alabama he's won 10 out of 13. Off a bye he will beat Ed Orgeron. The last three time these guys have played LSU has averaged 3 points per game. Former Ohio State backup Joe Burrow is having a good year but these aren't crazy concepts, it's just they finally moved out of the Stone Age throwing the ball for the first time in two decades. LSU's defense I do not trust. On the road they're allowing almost 30 points a game. Which defense, which quarterback, and which coach do you trust here?? Alabama takes the ball away and they have 18 takeaways this year. I like Bama to win and roll."

COLIN'S PICK:: Alabama 32, LSU 20. Alabama -6.5
