Clay Travis: 'Myles Garrett Should Be Ashamed of Himself'

Clay Travis has strong feelings about Myles Garrett accusing Mason Rudolph of using a racial slur during their altercation last Thursday night and says that this was a last-ditch effort in order to try and reduce his suspension. Clay was happy with how Garrett first handled his apology, but now says Myles should be ashamed- if a slur was used by Rudolph than this news would have broken much earlier, not 6 days after the incident. Plus, the Outkick crew points out that teammates of both players, referees and all of the various cameras/microphones that are nearby for NFL games would have brought this to light.

"If you look at all this evidence, this is a racism Hail Mary by Myles Garrett in an attempt to lessen his punishment. He waits nearly a week, doesn't say anything to anybody about this happening, and then decides to throw out a racism Hail Mary."

Clay also argues that the NFL should consider adding to Myles Garrett's suspension if they come to find out that Garrett is indeed lying.
