Did Bruce Arians' Comments Mean That Jameis Winston Won't Return Next Year?

Clay Travis is reacting to Bruce Arians talking to the media on Monday regarding James Winston and his future with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. What Arians said did not seem great for Jameis if he is hoping to stay in Tampa. The Bucs offseason dilemma with Jameis Winston is going to be one of the most fascinating decisions in the entire NFL.

"This is one of the most difficult and interesting decisions that any team is faced with. What do you do with your number one overall pick after five years when he threw 30 touchdowns, but he also threw 30 interceptions?"
