Washington Should Take Tua Tagovailoa at #2 or Trade the Pick

Today on Straight Outta Vegas, RJ Bell and Jonas Knox discuss the possibility of the Washington Redskins taking Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa #2 overall. RJ says he understands the Redskins drafted Haskins in the first round last year, but Haskins was in the bottom quarter of the league of QBR last year as a rookie. Plus, RJ says he knows was a work in progress and Haskins proved he progressed after his first 4 starts were totaled a QBR of 22, but the last 3 starts jumped up to 52 and the final start he put up a QBR of 71. RJ isn’t saying they shouldn’t think about taking Tagovailoa #2 overall, but they should trade out of the pick if they do not draft him, saying no matter how good your roster is, if you don’t have a QB, your team will not be elite. Jonas says he thinks the Redskins are trying to create some buzz and maybe someone will make a lucrative offer in order to move up because they fell in love with Tua.
