Report: Dallas Cowboys Offer Dak Prescott $105 Million In Guaranteed Money

The Dallas Cowboys appear serious about resigning their star quarterback to a long-term deal. According to a report from the Dallas Morning News, team officials met with Dak Prescott's agent and offered him a deal that would pay him an average of $33 million per year, and guarantee him $105 million.

The Cowboys and Prescott were close to a deal prior to the start of last season, but the 26-year-old quarterback upped his price and decided to play out the final year of his contract.

The Cowboys did not discuss Prescott's contract during the season but have spoken with his agent twice since the season ended.

The Cowboys are trying to sign veteran wide receiver Amari Cooper, and he is reportedly demanding the largest contract for a wide receiver.
