Jason Smith and Mike Harmon are all for opening up sports as long as it's done smart. The decision by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to have fans at 25% capacity is HUGE and it's a great idea. If done right, dominoes could fall now to allow fans in the stands for all sports the moment they resume.
