Colin Cowherd Says the Lakers Won't Even Make the Western Conference Finals

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he doesn’t think the Los Angeles Lakers will reach the Western Conference Finals despite the team having the best record in the West at 51-16, and a full six games ahead of the second-seeded Clippers.

Colin is already on the record saying he doesn’t think the Lakers can make a deep championship run without defensive stalwarts Rajon Rondo and Avery Bradley on the perimeter, as both players will miss the rest of the season either from injury (Rondo) or COVID-19 opt-out (Bradley).

Earlier in the week Colin called out Lakers star Anthony Davis, saying he doesn’t have enough ‘dog’ in him to carry a Lakers team on his back in the postseason, and brought up his dismal fourth quarter stats this season to explain why he lacks the killer instinct to truly be the type of sidekick who can help LeBron James win his fourth NBA title – unlike proven no. 2 assassins like Dwyane Wade and Kyring Irving.

Check out the video above as Colin details why he sees the Lakers getting dumped from the playoffs even before the West Finals.
