“The most followed NFL team on Twitter and Instagram, but here’s why they’re only ten. It’s really easy to be a fan of a 20-year dynasty, and when you’re winning 90% of your home games. They’re great and they’re loyal – Tom Brady merchandise sales continue to be great, but I saw empty seats there just 22 years ago, so I dock them for that.”
9. New Orleans Saints
“The loudest stadium in the league is the Saints. They had the 7th highest average attendance last, and the 8th highest total attendance. Their fans have had to endure things throughout the years – bad football and natural disasters. They’re the most game-altering fans, and it’s the loudest environment in the NFL according to players I’ve talked to.”
8. Baltimore Ravens
“Merchandise sales for their players have always been fantastic even though it’s a really tiny town, and half the size of neighboring Washington, DC. I think they mean more to their city than all but maybe Green Bay and New Orleans. It’s a tiny town and their merchandise sales throughout the year have been unbelievable.”
