Listen to Doug Gottlieb explain why he thinks there are TWO teams out there who could offer a rehabilitating backdrop for embattled former All-Pro quarterback Carson Wentz, who has gone from shoo-in MVP winner in 2017 before blowing out his knee in Week 14, to arguably the league’s worst player.
Wentz was just replaced by former Alabama quarterback and second-round draft pick Jalen Hurts as the Week 14 starter vs. New Orleans after plummeting to the bottom of every major passing category.
The fifth-year quarterback led the league in interceptions and sacks taken, and was 30th in yards per attempt, 31st in passer rating, 32nd in completion percentage, and was commandeering a 3-8-1 Eagles team who has lost 4 straight games.
Check out the audio above as Gottlieb details the two franchises who he legitimately thinks could save Wentz’s once blossoming career.
